Entry to Morocco

The nationalities of US, Canada, UK and others do not require a visa to enter Morocco as a tourist.

If you are a citizen of one of the following countries, be informed that you don’t need a visa to enter Morocco:
Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Denmark, European Union, Finland, Guinea, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Korea, Kuwait, Libya, Liechtenstein, Mali, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Niger, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Venezuela.

To enter Morocco, your passport must be valid for at least six months after you enter the country. Be sure you get a stamp in your passport upon arrival into the country which will allow you to stay for 90 days. No entry fees are charged.

Payment

Once you book your tour, you will receive a confirmation with an ID of your order, and a ticket enclosing all the details of your requested tour or activity.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

After clearing the remaining balance if there still any, you will have to pay only for your personnel expences.

Preparation

Wear whatever is comfortable and adequate to each season in Morocco. Please check the information about the weather in Morocco.

Not much, we do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water. We also recommend you to bring your camera to immortalize the moment.

Reservation

Cancellation requests should be made by written to PURE MOROCCO, by fax or email.

If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund, our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, the following scale of charges will be applied:

More than 40 days: 10% deposit retained + (any transaction fee engaged)
More than 30 days 25% of booking total charged
More than 15 days: 50% of booking total charged
More than 08 days: 75% of booking total charged
7 days or less: 100% of booking total charged

No refunds are possible in the case of a no show for an existing reservation.

Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s), like hotels, transport companies.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine yours needs and to ensure that tours remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to anything that could disturb the tours.
