We are PURE MOROOCO SARL A.U; based in Morocco, and registered as travel and Tourism Company, with license number 4D/14, delivered by Moroccan Minister of Tourism.

We look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your tours and travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through PURE MOROCCO TOURS “PMT” web site, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “PMT” refer to PURE MOROCCO. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services

Our Responsibility:

PURE MOROCCO is acting as intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, etc.). We also act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant.

No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

To Secure your Booking:

To secure your booking, a deposit is required for each order made trough PMT web site, or by wire transfer or by credit card payment.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Amendments by the Client:

Your request for booking changes and amendments should be sent to PURE MOROCCO Customer Care Team who will handle your request.

  • PMT does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, if your change  request is received by PMT Customer Care more than seven (7) days ahead of your travel date.
  • If you request a date change within seven (7) days or less of your confirmed travel date, PMT will try to honor your request; however changes made seven days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multiple-days and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (14) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.
  • All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; PMT cannot guarantee the success of any change request.

Payment Policy:

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired tour and/or travel package. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of the deposit stated in each tour (minimum 25%).


Cancellation fees can apply for canceling a confirmed booking with PMT, as mentioned below. You will be notified via email or phone of the total cancellation fee upon canceling your booking.

If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your travel date, there is no cancellation fee.

  • Between 7 and 14 days in advance of your travel date: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Between 3 and 6 days in advance of your travel date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Within 2 days of your travel date: 100% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are possible in the case of a no show and/or after the tours start.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on puremoroccotours.com and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.

Packages with accommodation are based on two persons sharing a double room. Rooms for single occupancy are available with an additional Single supplement. Hotels are named in the itineraries as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at a similar quality.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
